Get to know us

I'm Andy - the lead Engineer and Project Manager of Pinovate Ltd. I have 30 years experience in Engineering, with Degrees in Chemical and Mechanical Engineering. I've over 20 years experience in the bottling industry, with experience across all aspects of the industry from packaging technology and development (I'm PIABC accredited) to heavy engineering and installations - I've got seven different bottling line and associated equipment installs under my belt, along with a host of smaller projects. I used to run a Bourbon distillery too, but you'll need to ask me about that yourself.

I have been a project manager and engineer across many different types of project, from engineering project design, development and installation to product development and marketing, and spent several years as the international project troubleshooter for one of Scotland's largest Spirits companies.
